A Reintroduction.A Remembering. A Reset to the Heart  

We are the Sonqos - Your Bridge to Living You from the Heart, a high vibrational living aligned to the cosmic rhythms, frequencies, and Self for this collective shift, choice, and co-creation. Yes, there is a new artistry of living in,  new earth or a new world of consciousness, interconnected and multi-dimensional, and covering, weaving its magic into the new tapestry of our life, collectively and uniquely. 

A choice, co-creation, and energy alignment in love - that yet has a new dimension, possibly the 6th dimension, as the portal to live in soul, spirit, and source (The Self) congruence and coherence from the heart. 

The Journey of Sonqos’ Worlds took us to many places: physically, energetically, as two beings and together in a relationship. 

We started as a mystic or spiritual school, specialized in being a bridge to the Worlds of the Heart (Sonqos’ Worlds) in 2016. We were passionate. An interesting journey and exploration. We became a bit of a business trying to sell our gifts and find clients. Like most social and spiritual entrepreneurs, educators, and creatives it did not come on a silver plate. In fact, we died to the ashes to remember what brought us here in the first place. We even got lost, hustling trying to play the game in most sincere way, and it did not work. It is time to step back into our truths of lineage and legacy. Yes, we can do many things, but our essence is spiritual teachings to align and rise, and this time we leave the fear of being and shining who we truly are behind and we are stepping out of all games too. 

Our lineage and legacy comes from our soul and star origins. Like all of us, we forgot when we choose this human experience. Yet, life prepares us anyway, and what is truly ours, we can get lost, we can loose the trust, it is possible to disconnect from the rhythms and frequencies of life. - alway comes back. 

In this shift of Sonqos’Worlds, as Cecie Sami H. Sonqo (the light of the heart) and Patrick Samay Sonqo (the song of the heart) we remember we are a unique (un)learning bridge. Our sound, embodied living, experiences, and our magic are simply part 

We have recently both joined Brave inspires Brave - the portals of living from the heart with local communities worldwide with a community and community school, educational and cultural consulting, and aligned partners, another calling. 

That choice is another step into our truths of lineage and legacy, the aspect of Community, to open the Portals of living from the heart and creating and facilitating unique Unique Energy Alignment (Un)Learning Experiences to journey together to high vibrational living with local communities worldwide.  

One can be eclectic and live two aligned dreams in Harmony. 

The Bridge to living from the heart and the Portals to living from the heart clearly align. We are excited what unfolds. 

We will be traveling in Peru soon and classes and playshops, sound baths, and retreats on the way, mostly the sacred valley.

A remembering for the Sonqos

Today, it is my story of teaching, educational, cultural, and bridging, and consciousness and (un)learning architecture, experiences, and facilitation to vibe up. 

When I fell into Teaching and I was home. Yet, the journey had just begun, more than 30 years ago. 

On my eclectic journey of life to remember, to break free, illuminate, awaken, and step into my lineage and legacy and out the games. 

When we allow life, source and spirit to bring us what is best - it can be interesting, funny, and surely not something we can make up, control, predict or even manifest it like that. 

I did not like my a financial planning Job selling offshore investment for expats in Jakarta. I was certified, I could do it, it was a way of living or surviving. 

I was literally invited to teach English on plane from Singapore to Jakarta  

The lady. Had a school, liked my accent and I started the following week.  

I few years later. 

While substitute teaching at an international school the principal said to me:  I have heard about born teachers -but you are the first one I met”. 

By that time I has my own company.

I though In-house, I did substitute teaching. I created great summer school programs for executives and leaders and all fell really into my lap. 

Another, fours years in, I found my Self in New Zealand  lecturing. Semiotics., ethics. Popular Culture, intercultural communication, and organizational behaviour. 

Cecie taught Organizational Behavior at the same time in Lima/Peru 

In my spare time I trained in healing arts  and I was part of spiritual groups. In my practical mystic apprenticeship my destiny retrieval revealed Spiritual teaching, as my lineage and legacy. 

I led workshops, public speaking gigs, and presenting my academic papers in New Zealand, in Hawaii, and Greece. 

When I had to be an employee at university, however, it did not work for me and I go into the public corporate in learning and development. 

Still facilitated workshops, and events, but employment, and endless restructures burned me out. I decided tot return home to Jamaica. 

Over the last 14 years in Jamaica, Germany, and Peru creating and facilitating 

Courses, classes, and retreats, clients, healing, clearing, coaching - but the hustle did not feel aligned or complete. There was that step of stepping out of the game. Trueman show, Micky Mouse Show, Matrix, whatever name we want to give it.

However, we can’t run - Teaching is coming back to me again.

Sessions and clinical work or coaching was part of the experience and journey, but never me. I am grateful it helped me to remember my lineage and legacy. 

Not a title you can actually earn 

Not a certification you can gain 

Not a line of study to complete 

Not something to prove. 

The Choice to step into the truths our lineage and legacy and out of the Games is in harmony with the cosmic rhythms and earth songs. In other words, this is divine timing. You can not do what is not ready. 

You can’t fight it. You can’t pretend, you can’t deny it. It is a promise and selection. However, the choice is still ours. It is an imitation at the divine time from another, a spirit guide, can also be a nature event, a light code, as cosmic sign - this time it was a cosmic sign - illuminating my body to call me into my truths and sincere. The the worries of what if it does work, what if I can’t. 

This time - I pack up and allow it. 

Ready - another level of courage and unwavering trust. 

We are both are initiated Spiritual Master Teachers to align and rise. A unique (un)learning bridge in the New Earth Academy to the true self, choice, and collective shift.
