The connection to Self is possible one of our biggest obstacles and challenges.

We live in a world that is over-stimulating, challenging, chaotic and demanding. And yet more of us are awakening to shifting to self, that self that is calm, free, true, sincere, unique, true, peaceful, grateful, magical.

We have been told we have to work hard to get there success, love, relationship, money, fame - but there comes a moment when all of this does not matter.

Because, you have lost self, the lightness and trust of the child and one that flows, dances, and plays to the rhythms of life - not the confined and conformed standards and sameness.

I was looking everywhere - meditation, yoga, spirituality, personal growth, self discovery, therapy, methods, and coaching - but really the self I was looking for was right within in me.

All served all brought me here.

The Power of Connecting to Self in Stillness arrived

Eight years ago, we moved to Lamas, Peru - a small b&b. We rented a room, and the owners build us a kitchen and studio. I had been longing for nature, tress, birds, and peace. And I found it here. I can always reconnect.

Walk barefoot - lie on the earth - hug a tree - hammock and so much more

Finally, I can stay - beyond crazy thoughts and trust life, the universe, myself.

Finally, I can stay in my presence

Finally, I broke free of labeling, judgments, analysis, pressure, and having to be someone I am not.

Finally I am here - present - grounded and full access to my Soul BluePrint of Choice

Finally, I can access and live in a inter-dimensional consciousness and reality

Finally, I have the am connected to my inner guidance and can share my gifts from the heart.

Finally, my SELF is here - sincere, open, true, unique, serene, creative, loving and so much more

Finally, my ego has no more space to play - but my OS Heart sings

Finally, I am complete - not separated and not holding on the past or the future.

Finally, a can trust life, divine timing, and sacred flow - even if takes my out of my comfort.

Finally, I am aligned to truths

I am not there yet - we are all still on this journey

But I now can share my gifts in ways that they connect to self in Stillness.

In the stillness of my Self in Truths - I am nothing

At the same time the Aloha ChakaRuna - bridging the worlds in aloha and sound could fully embody.

Our Magic of Sound illuminates hearts to soften, align, release, remember, and rise.

When we first got here, it was not easy, actually, it was not easy for most of the time.

Locals did not really come to us. Our retreats were amazing, but few. We are both creative - but not much to show for.

We both still felt we needed to give so much - and could not see the magic of simplicity and the presence of Connecting to Self in Stillness.

Just recently we can see the blessings, the preparation, the shaping, and magic that life, our Self, and Love truly gave us.

It was our time to live the Power of Connecting to Self in Stillness so we can share it with ease with others.

Lamas, is village or small town between to amazing green mountain ranges, endless views into the nature. Its people are friendly and from the heart. You are a neighbor here. A great place for natural chocolatiers and great coffee roasters - we call our friends. In the midst of trying hard - the rhythms of the jungle calms one down to see its magic, harmony, and love, in stillness.

So, when you come to retest here with us - you step in to the magic of peace, stillness, and love.

Our retreats are truly slow-paced, no agenda, no schedule, just flow and designed for You. The Design is a bridge, a key, a sound and nature to connecting to Self in Stillness.
